Unveiling the T1 Motoryacht: A unique motoryacht
The T1 Motoryacht is a remarkable project that has turned into a successful new design. This unique motoryacht showcases the perfect combination of elegance, functionality, and innovation. It is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the design team behind it - lead by the owner, Jan Christophersen (Norway).
Here, the creator and owner tells the story:
The T1 Motoryacht stands out from the crowd with smart solutions, good usage of the space and solid and low-practical approach to the technical equipment installed.
One of the key highlights of the T1 Motoryacht is its ability to serve as a liveaboard trawler cabincruiser. This means that owners can enjoy extended stays on the yacht, exploring new destinations and living in utmost comfort. The carefully designed cabins offer all the amenities one would expect from a luxury home, making it a true floating paradise.
With its 3 cabins / 6 beds and spacious areas, this boat can accommodate a big family, or be a "couple's boat" where it is easy to install friends, kids or grandkids.

The boat is professionally built in Tønsberg, Norway, at the boat building formerly known as Berg Olsen Båtbyggeri. Drawings were prepared in collaboration with Amble & Stokke. During the production of the boat, Yanmar Marine, Vestfold Elektro-Diesel and Huseklepp Modellverksted have participated.
Built of Epoxy (four times the price of polyester) and completely waterproof. Woven/knitted fiberglass mat for extra strength. Sandwich construction with closed foam cells that do not absorb water (Divinycell). Very good insulation ability (Sandwich all over.) The hull is very stiff compared to other constructions.
It is very easy to drive and economical with fuel consumption. All corners, keel and stern/bow have extra construction for strength and stiffness. The inner hull is divided into compartments with watertight bulkheads. In these bulkheads there are also large openings for good ventilation under the door. Each department has its own pump in the pump system so that the individual department can be drained if there should be a leak.
